PRESSURE WASHING
Like in our name, pressure washing is our main business. We offer cleaning services for all concrete surfaces. Usually, pressure washing picks up in the warmer summer months when homeowners find themselves doing more outdoor activities. However, patios and driveways can be very slick in the rainy season with the moss buildup, so it is always a good idea to keep your walkways safe.

Everyone always thinks landscaping their yard is all they can do, that’s just not true. Clean windows are a small detail that can drastically improve the curb appeal of your home.
Roof Cleaning
Living in the wet Pacific Northwest/Portland area, moss grows rapidly on all surfaces, especially roofs. Roof Cleaning is something people tend to put off until it’s almost too late. When moss builds up on a roof it can start to deteriorate the shingles. You’re being faced with the question of, “Do I want to spend $12-15k on a new roof, or a couple hundred dollars on a cleaning?”
“Roof Cleaning” is a broad term applying to three different treatment options. The treatment we recommend depends on how bad it is. Powder Treatment is used for minimal moss, but should be used as preventative maintenance yearly. Most commonly, homeowners choose the Spray Treatment, because it kills off all roof moss within a few minutes. Lastly, we offer a Brush Off, where we physically remove big chunks off moss with a soft bristle brush. Brush offs are always done as an add-on to the spray treatment. The last thing you want to do is apply pressure to a roof, so the brush off only removes the moss that isn’t stuck in between the shingles and can be easily removed.

Gutter Cleaning should be done AT LEAST once a year, especially for those who live under and around many trees. Pricing for gutters is a flat fee depending on the amount of stories you have. Homeowners that have gutter guards installed will have a small additional fee due to the added time it will take to clean the gutters.
